Solution: Preform a data sync on "Sales data group"
With clearance, go to tools
Click on data files
Select Sales Data Group (near bottom of list)
Select Refresh, Pack, and re-index
Click Start Maintenance
Contact 133 or your supervisor with your salespoint name of you do not have clearence to preform this solution.
