If a ticket is lost or stolen, it is important that the missing ticket is properly voided while creating a new ticket without charging full price for it.
1. Open Sales
If Sales is not already running, start it and swipe your Employee ID at the login screen.2. Locate the Access Number
In order to replace a ticket, the guest MUST provide the access number for the missing ticket. The access number can be found on the bottom stub that was torn off of the original ticket or on the bottom of the sales receipt.3. Press the Ticket Inquiry Button
The Ticket / Pass Lookup dialog will appear.4. Enter the Access Number
Press the Ticket# button, type the access number, and press OK. The ticket information dialog will appear.5. Exchange the Ticket
Press the Exchange button on the Ticket Information dialog. If sales informs you for any reason that validation has failed you must cancel the transaction. If the ticket is valid, sales will inform you that the exchange has been added to the sale.6. Finalize the Sale
Press the Finalize button to complete the transaction. A new ticket will print. The old ticket will be voided and all scan information will be transferred to the new one.
