If a voucher is scanned at a sales point and Sales returns an error message like "Not enough total number of uses available on this pass," you can look up the usage history of the voucher with the following steps.

    If Sales is not already running, start it and swipe your Employee ID at the login screen.

    2. Click the Ticket Inquiry Button

    3. Locate the Scan Number

    Scanning a voucher's barcode will NOT work on the Ticket/Pass Lookup dialog. You must locate the text underneath the barcode following %A.

    4. Type the Scan Number in the Ticket/Pass Lookup dialog

    Type the characters after the %A and press OK.

    5. Ticket Information

    The Ticket Information screen contains quite a bit of information about the ticket.
    Pass# shows the unencrypted Siriusware access number for the voucher.
    Valid: shows the range of days and times the voucher is valid.
    Last Use: shows the last time, if any, the voucher was scanned while it was still active.
    Total Uses: shows how many total uses are left on the voucher.
    # Times Validated: shows the total number of valid scans that voucher has produced (valid uses).
    Amount Paid: shows the original purchase price.
    Sold at: shows at which sales point the original transaction took place and which operator performed it (WEBSP and WEBOP are listed for online sales)

    To see the scan history for the voucher, press the ScanInfo button. The scans are listed from the bottom up.
