If a season pass is lost or stolen, it is important that the missing pass is properly voided while creating a new pass without charging full price for it.

    1. Open Sales

    If Sales is not already running, start it and swipe your Employee ID at the login screen.

    2. Press the Guest Lookup Button

    3. Search for the Guest

    Type the first three characters of the guest's first name in the first Name box and the first three characters of the guest's last name in the second Name box, then press the Search button. If multiple guests match the search criteria, select the correct guest from the list.

    4. Press the Pass Inquiry Button

    5. Select the Correct Pass

    Select the missing pass from the list and press OK. Only Active passes can be replaced.

    6. Exchange the Pass

    Press the Exchange button on the Pass Information dialog. Sales will inform you that the exchange has been added to the sale. You may have to close the Guest Lookup dialog by pressing Cancel.

    7. Finalize the Sale

    If the guest will be charged a fee for a lost pass, add the replacement pass fee item to the sale. Press the Finalize button to complete the transaction. A new pass will print. The old pass will be voided and all information will be transferred to the new one.
