Every guest that takes possession of a season pass must sign a season pass contract. If the guest is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign a season pass contract for them.
1. Open Internet Explorer
The formatting of the pass contract was tested with Internet Explorer. It may not print correctly with other web browsers.
2. Open the URL reports.arizonasnowbowl.com
You will be redirected to the internal report server, which is only available from within the Arizona Snowbowl network.
3. Select the Season Pass Contract report
4. Search for the guest
Type at least three characters of the guest's first and last name and press enter. If the wrong guest information is displayed at the top of the report, you can leave the first and last name fields empty and input the pass number instead, which can be found on the front of the printed season pass.
5. Print the contract
Use the small button with the printer icon to print the report.
Don't forget to staple the pages together and have the guest sign the last page!
