Setting up 2-step verification

1. Go to gmail.com and sign in. In the upper right corner click on the circle and click my account.
2. On the next page, please click on “Signing in to Google”
3. Now click on “2-Step Verification”.
4. Next click on start setup.
5. Sign in again
6. Enter your mobile phone number and choose send code.
7. You will receive a text message with an authentication code. Enter it back into your browser and click verify.
8. Next you will be asked if you want to trust your PC for 30 days. IF you do, check the box and click next.
9. Click confirm to finalize 2-step verification.
10. Reconnect apps and devices
Now you will need to reconnect the apps on your phone. Android phones should automatically complete the 2 step
verification. On apple and windows phones just follow the instructions when you log in. Also, on your PC, you will be reprompted
to logon to google app sync when you open outlook.
11. Rejoice!
