- If the NetExtender client is not already installed follow this next two steps to download and install it. If it is already installed you can skip to step 2.
Note: you will need to have administrative access to your laptop or PC…if you don’t you will need to contact the administrator of your device to complete the install.
Goto https://vpnmain.purgatory.ski:4433 and login with the credentials you use to log into your work PC. Once logged in you should see a screen like the one below. Next, click where it says “click here to download Windows NetExtender Client” and download the installer. Run the installer and select all the default install steps.
- Launch NetExtender from either the desktop shortcut, the start menu, or the system tray.
- If this is the first time you are connecting via NetExtender then you will need to fill in the following information. We have two remote connection points that you can configure NetExtender to connect to: “vpn-main.purgatory.ski:4433” or “vpn-mountain.purgatory.ski:4433” and you can use either one. The best practice is to use the one that your work out of most of the time. This information should be entered in the Server field. Then supply your username and password and lastly the Domain should always be “durangomountain.local”. Once you have connected once via NetExtender all will need to fill in will be your password.
